The German government’s high-tech agenda provides an important impetus for quantum computing, quantum sensor technology, and quantum communication as strategic fields of the future. As a consortium of 14 leading companies in Germany and Europe, we welcome the clear commitment to quantum technologies and to strengthening our country’s technological sovereignty. We see it as our task to help shape the implementation of the agenda and support the federal government in its work.<\/span><\/h4>\n

In our new position paper, we therefore formulate concrete recommendations for action.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Germany has what it takes to take on an international pioneering role. What is crucial now is targeted implementation with clear milestones and the involvement of all relevant stakeholders from industry, science, and politics.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
