What can and must be done to bring quantum technology and especially quantum computing to industrial application in Germany? At our panel at<\/strong> World of QUANTUM on June 28th<\/sup> at Messe M\u00fcnchen<\/strong>, we discussed this question with experts from different areas of the German quantum ecosystem\u2014because we believe in open exchange and collaborative efforts.<\/h3>\n

We thank all participants \u2013 both in the panel and the audience \u2013 for their contribution to an enriching conversation.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Connecting representatives of German politics, public institutions, the scientific community, start-ups and the providing as well as the applying industry, we tried to draw a comprehensive and differentiated picture of the current situation in Germany with regards to quantum computing application. Most importantly, we mapped out which concrete path we can jointly take to lead Germany to digital sovereignty in quantum computing and promote Europe as a business location.<\/p>\n

During our conversation, the discussion moved across the following questions: Where has success been achieved so far? Which future potentials can we tackle today? What are the biggest challenges on the way to application? What are the specific needs for action? Where is support needed the most, be it from industry or from politics?<\/p>\n
